Our Refund & Cancellation Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We limit the number of orders we accept on any given day. Preparations for your order begin well in advance of actually baking your order, including ordering ingredients and scheduling staff. For this reason, there are absolutely no refunds or store credits issued after payment has been made, including cancellations due to Covid-19. Should you need to cancel your order, we will not issue you a refund or store credit; we do not accept changes to your delivery or shipment date within 7 days of your original delivery or shipment date. For these reasons we strongly suggest you wait to place your order until you’re absolutely certain.
